I have been kitesurfing for 7 years now and until I started working with choc I was always forced to use commercial boards. Sometimes they were really good sometimes not, but I had no influence and that did really annoy me.
Together with choc we have put a lot of effort into doing the Victor Borsuk pro model. First boards where too soft - the pop was cool but landing aweful, than the boards were too light and it was hard too stop rotation and so on. Finally after testing and changing 15 boards we did the board I am riding at today. I have already won the Polish Champisonships 3 times on Choc boards, and I love them. There is perfect amount of softness on the tips so the board has an incredible pop and easily sticks powerful landings. We eliminated the duble pop effect and made it really good for going upwind. I have tested almost all the boards and the market and I can easily put Borsuk promodel into one of the available boards on the market, but hey… just test it and you will find out!!
