Specifications
The Challenger snowboard is a highly specialized snowboard cross race board. It was developed in collaboration with Czech national team riders and their coaches. This model delivers precise control, stability, and accuracy appreciated by riders at all levels.
The goal was to find the ideal balance between a precisely tuned construction and maximum base flatness—one of the biggest challenges of the entire development process. After three years of intensive testing and dozens of prototype variations, we arrived at the final solution.
The result is a sophisticated 7-layer construction combining carbon, Kevlar, basalt fabric, and unidirectional carbon and Kevlar reinforcements. The Challenger is also equipped with a carbon race base, designed for maximum performance at the highest level. This construction ensures excellent damping and stability, keeping the board calm and predictable even under high loads, demanding terrain, and maximum speed. As a result, riders maintain full control through technical sections, aggressive turns, and hard landings.
One of the key features of the Challenger is its precisely engineered nose and tail shape, optimized for race turning. The refined nose enables smooth and controlled turn initiation while maintaining stability at high speeds, while the finely tuned tail provides strong edge hold. Together, they allow riders to choose precise lines, maintain consistent grip, and ride with confidence throughout the entire run.

Specifications
Double woodcore
A core made from poplar and paulownia, CNC-machined with an accuracy of 0.1 mm. This precision allows us to fine-tune the riding characteristics of our boards with exceptional accuracy.
Basalt fiber
A basalt triaxial laminate in the bottom layer, with a weight of 720 g/m² and a high proportion of fibers oriented in the primary direction.
Biaxial carbon sheets
Full-surface carbon laminate with 0.90 carbon. Used to achieve high strength and durability while maintaining low weight.
Triaxial fiberglass laminates
In the top layer of the snowboard construction, we use a proven triaxial fiberglass laminate with fiber orientation at 0, -45, and +45 degrees. This laminate offers excellent torsional properties, essential for controlled edge riding even at high speeds.
Aramid/carbon POP stringers
For aggressive edge-to-edge transitions, we use a unidirectional reinforcement combining carbon and aramid in the lower part of the construction.
Torsional carbon power rails
Unidirectional carbon reinforcements enhance torsional properties—across the width of the board. Their placement, weight, and width are carefully optimized to maximize performance. In the case of torsional carbon power rails, they run from the beginning and end of the effective edge toward the binding area. Thanks to this, the board remains highly controllable on edge and responds precisely to every rider input.
Bombproof edges
The VDO anti-vibration rubber on the joints of the base and the ABS sidewall improves shock absorption and increases durability.
Carbon sintered base
Top-quality sintered carbon base from Germany with extra carbon for a better slide. Hardness 10.6 x10⁶ mol.
